The Mafialeader is the primary antagonist for the Mafia Madness series on Newgrounds. He is cautious and doesn't like Kage Jason. He preforms illegal experiments on his Mafia Men in attempt to create the ultimate Mafia Men.
Mafia Madness 4 Bio[]
"The main Antagonist of the series, he's ruthless, cunning and controls an army of 60,000 Mafia Men, and for some of them, he's been preforming dangerous experiments, altering their DNA to create the ultimate Mafiamen. He's reponsible for the death of Kage's Parents when he was 14 and doesn't care if his own men die trying to stop Kage.

Mafia Madness 2: Enragement[]
He doesn't appear until the very end of the episode, where he shoots Kage in the Jaw with an M1911. Although he didn't appear until the end, he was seen on several posters thoughout the episode.
Mafia Madness 3: Revenge[]
Like the previous episode, he doesn't appear until the very end of the animation where he orders his men to close the door behind Kage, just so can have a little chat with him, he is wounded by Kage's TMP but still manages to kill him with his FAMAS.
